Coaching became my focus in 2014, and by 2016, I took ownership of GRITT Athletics, where I continue to live my dream as head coach and owner."

As a career firefighter for the past 7 years, I specialize in first responder fitness, preparing others to meet the physical demands of the profession."

Rachael leverages eighteen years of coaching to turn raw potential into functional power. CrossFit-L1 certified since 2021 and a career firefighter since 2018, she engineers duty-ready programs that fuse strength, mobility, and metabolic conditioning. First-responder drills, strict movement standards, and real-time data tracking ensure every rep translates to the fireground. Jenny channels more than a decade on CrossFit floors, powerlifting platforms, and strongman arenas into programming that rebuilds athletes from the ground up. Having entered the sport later than most, she proves that well-timed pivots can still deliver record lifts and rock-solid confidence. Sessions fuse precision barbell work with accessible progressions, layered coaching cues, and candid data-driven feedback—engineered to spark curiosity, sustain momentum, and turn relentless effort into measurable gains.

Jeff bridges a decade of duty-ready functional training with a lifetime on football, hockey, and university rugby rosters, converting multi-sport resilience into clinically precise conditioning. An international Masters competitor, he integrates data audits, periodized workloads, and joint-integrity protocols to expand capacity while preserving recovery windows. A father of three and GRITT coach since 2022, he delivers calm, exacting guidance that reframes yesterday’s ceiling as today’s foundation.
