The Foundations Program

A mandatory on-boarding series of 3 classes to teach you the basics of Functional Fitness. Classes range from 1:1 to 1:3 - once completed, athlete has access to unlimited classes.

The Experienced Athlete

A expedited on-boarding class for experienced athletes. Classes range from 1:1 to 1:3 - once completed, athlete has access to unlimited classes.

The Daily GRITT FIT Classes

60-minute classes that incorporate a high-energy workout, utilizing functional bodyweight movements and light to moderate loads. No foundations course required 

The Competition Events

Join us in the competitive spirit for annual events and competitions with athletes of all walks in your community.

The GRITT Nutrition Guide

GRITT guidance on nutrition tailored just for you. Our concise roadmaps make it easy to understand what food choices align with your health goals.

The GRITT Team Program

Team training for groups working on their strength and conditioning in off or pre-season. An organized time slot for the team to train together. We welcome local athletic teams for group sessions.

Five Sessions: $115

Offers flexible options for those with busy schedules, including single sessions, a 5-pack, or a 10-pack providing the freedom to train on your terms.

Couples rate: $400 per month

Our month-to-month memberships provide the flexibility to choose a plan that fits your training needs, whether you prefer unlimited access, a set number of classes, or a couples option.

Coaching became my focus in 2014, and by 2016, I took ownership of GRITT Athletics, where I continue to live my dream as head coach and owner."
